1. CoreLink’s coordination role
CoreLink Pharma connects qualified clinics with participating pharmacy partners and supports the operational process around approved account access, catalog information, applicable pricing, nonclinical routing, status information, and coordination support.
The platform helps clinics navigate the pharmacy workflow. It does not replace the independent clinical and dispensing responsibilities described below.
2. The prescribing clinic
The clinic and its clinicians retain responsibility for evaluating patients, selecting appropriate treatment, prescribing, and clinical follow-up. The public website is not medical advice or a substitute for professional judgment.
3. The responsible pharmacy
The participating licensed pharmacy retains responsibility for prescription review, preparation, labeling, dispensing, shipping, and applicable patient communication. Confirm the responsible pharmacy and its instructions through your approved account workflow.
4. Access, products & coverage
Clinic access and pharmacy participation follow qualification and onboarding. Available products, service areas, and requirements may vary by pharmacy, account, and location.
The categories page introduces practice focus areas. It is not a list of verified individual products or live inventory. A category listing does not establish regulatory approval, clinical effectiveness, or suitability for a patient.
5. Ordering & fulfillment destinations
Approved clinics place orders through the designated portal workflow. Confirm the permitted destination, preparation requirements, shipping arrangements, payment terms, and expected timing for each order.
Whether an order may be delivered to a clinic or directly to a patient depends on the responsible pharmacy’s applicable workflow and requirements. This website does not establish one destination for every order or guarantee delivery timing.
6. Support & information handling
Direct clinical questions to the prescribing clinician and dispensing, labeling, or pharmacy-specific fulfillment questions to the responsible pharmacy. Contact CoreLink support for business inquiries and nonclinical coordination questions.
Public inquiries must contain business information only. Do not send patient identifiers, medical records, prescription details, passwords, or payment card information. Follow designated account channels for order-specific information.
7. Scope of these disclosures
These disclosures describe the allocation of roles in the CoreLink model. They do not replace applicable account or pharmacy agreements, privacy notices, or professional obligations. They do not certify HIPAA compliance or constitute regulatory endorsement.
The public website does not provide emergency medical services. Use appropriate local emergency services for an emergency.
