Billy brings experience across critical care nursing, virtual clinical services, and healthcare technology. His background includes supporting virtual ICU operations and helping lead a telestroke initiative from its pilot phase through rollout and outreach.

His work has also included Cerner and Epic integrations, provider education, workflow integration, and relationship management. That combination of clinical experience and systems knowledge offers a practical perspective on how people, processes, and technology work together.
